Reservations - payment - annulation
- You can book tours in Dutch up to 2 days before the start of the walk.
- Tours in English or Polish, reserve at least 5 days before the start of the walk.
- The reservation is only definitive after written confirmation (letter, e-mail, SMS) from Karin Uw Gids.
- The payment of the tour is done in advance by bank transfer.
- If you wish to receive an invoice, please mention this when booking.
- If, for any reason, the walk can't happen on the booked day, we'd prefer to arrange an alternative date.
If this really isn't possible, the amount will be refunded, minus a €15 charge for administration costs. - Tours that were canceled less than 24 hours before the start will not be refunded.
- If you cannot be at place of appointment in time, please inform the guide by telephone on tel. 0472/19 26 74.
- During the tour, Karin Uw Gids is not responsible for accidents or theft of personal belongings.
